Safe custody.—Every authorised user of a geographical indication shall keep every register to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the use of a geographical indication is carried on, shall record in Form 1 the description of every register so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Geographical Indications within fourteen days of the close of each year.
