Surrender of certificate.—Every legal practitioner who ceases to carry on the practice of law shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Legal Services Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every court fee stamp held by him has been disposed of.
