Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the legal practitioner shall apply to the Legal Services Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees, and the Legal Services Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
