Surrender of certificate.—Every distiller who ceases to carry on the working of a distillery shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every bottle held by him has been disposed of.
