Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the distiller shall apply to the Licensing Authority in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Licensing Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
