Surrender of certificate.—Every insured person who ceases to carry on employment in a covered establishment shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 12 of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
