Surrender of certificate.—Every specialised adoption agency who ceases to carry on the placement of children in adoption shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commission for Women in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every institution held by him has been disposed of.
