Application for registration.—Every specialised adoption agency carrying on the placement of children in adoption shall make an application for registration to the State Commission for Women in Form VII, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every home study report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
