Surrender of certificate.—Every export oriented unit who ceases to carry on the manufacture of goods for export shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Export Promotion Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-2A of the manner in which every goods held by him has been disposed of.
