Intimation of change.—Every export oriented unit shall intimate to the Export Promotion Council, in Form SEZ-2 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Export Promotion Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
