Application for registration.—Every building worker registered with the Board carrying on registration with the Welfare Board shall make an application for registration to the appropriate Government in Form 12, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every contribution held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-two days from that date.
