Application for registration.—Every owner of a plantation carrying on the working of a plantation shall make an application for registration to the Industrial Tribunal in Form VII, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
