Safe custody.—Every owner of a building shall keep every notice of demolition to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the ownership of a building is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every notice of demolition so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Director of Municipal Administration within seven days of the close of each year.
