Intimation of change.—Every owner of a motor transport undertaking shall intimate to the Chief Inspector, in Form IV and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Inspector shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
