Conditions of registration.—Every importer of goods bearing a mark shall carry on the import of goods bearing a registered mark only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every patent in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such patent for inspection on request by the Examiner of Trade Marks, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
