Application for registration.—Every organiser of an election meeting carrying on the holding of election meetings shall make an application for registration to the Returning Officer in Form 6, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of voters held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
