Surrender of certificate.—Every surveyor who ceases to carry on the assessment of loss shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-1 of the manner in which every statement of claims held by him has been disposed of.
