Application for registration.—Every guarantee holder carrying on the holding of a Government guarantee shall make an application for registration to the Accountant General in Form GFR 19, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
