Surrender of certificate.—Every guarantee holder who ceases to carry on the holding of a Government guarantee shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Accountant General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 25 of the manner in which every account held by him has been disposed of.
