Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the foreign company shall apply to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form DIR-12 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
