Application for registration.—Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every consignment held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
