Intimation of change.—Every contractor engaged in a mine shall intimate to the Director of Mines and Geology, in Form G and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Mines and Geology shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
