Surrender of certificate.—Every mediation service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of mediation services shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chairperson of the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every reference held by him has been disposed of.
