Intimation of change.—Every mediation service provider shall intimate to the Chairperson of the Council, in Form H and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chairperson of the Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
