Intimation of change.—Every cultivator of irrigated land shall intimate to the Dam Safety Authority, in Form F and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Dam Safety Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
