Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any cultivator of irrigated land dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Dam Safety Authority in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of users then held; and the Dam Safety Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
