Surrender of certificate.—Every cultivator of irrigated land who ceases to carry on the irrigation of land from a canal shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Dam Safety Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every tube well held by him has been disposed of.
