Bye-law 4, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Inspection of The retail sale of petroleum products) Bye-laws, 2016 [S5Z-N1Q]

Report to the Government.—The Grievance Redressal Forum shall prepare, within sixty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these bye-laws during that year, of the number of retail outlet dealers whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within seven days of its preparation.
