Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a private market shall apply to the Standing Committee in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the Standing Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
