Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier of land used for manoeuvres shall apply to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
