Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier of land used for manoeuvres who ceases to carry on the use of land for manoeuvres shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
