Application for registration.—Every user of water for industry carrying on the use of water for industry shall make an application for registration to the River Basin Authority in Form H, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every dam held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
