Definitions.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Commission" means the West Bengal Public Service Commission; (b) "Government" means the Government of West Bengal; (c) "said post" means the post of Additional Nazir in the Law Department, Government of West Bengal; and (d) "Service" means the West Bengal Civil Service.
