Application for registration.—Every displaced person carrying on the allotment of property to a displaced person shall make an application for registration to the District Registrar in Form 5, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every estate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
