Application for registration.—Every exporter carrying on the export of goods shall make an application for registration to the Joint Commissioner in Form GST RFD-01, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every tax invoice held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
