Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a vocational training centre who ceases to carry on the imparting of vocational training shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the School Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every recognition held by him has been disposed of.
