Surrender of certificate.—Every certifying medical authority who ceases to carry on the certification of disability shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Level Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every hostel held by him has been disposed of.
