Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the recognised agent shall apply to the Legal Services Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Legal Services Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
