Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the pilot shall apply to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in Form CA-8 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
