Application for registration.—Every co-operative society carrying on the business of a co-operative society shall make an application for registration to the Insecticides Board in Form A, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
