Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the arbitral award debtor shall apply to the Chairperson of the Council in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Chairperson of the Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
