Rule 26, Madhya Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2016 [S5Y-AXH]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sand mining permit holder shall apply to the Chief Inspector of Mines in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Chief Inspector of Mines shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
