Surrender of certificate.—Every designated consumer who ceases to carry on the consumption of energy by a designated consumer shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every tariff held by him has been disposed of.
