Safe custody.—Every declarant of assets shall keep every certified copy to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the declaration of assets and liabilities is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every certified copy so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the State Information Commission within five days of the close of each year.
