Intimation of change.—Every operator of a tourist vehicle shall intimate to the Government of West Bengal, in Form III and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of West Bengal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
