Application for registration.—Every operator of a tourist vehicle carrying on the plying of a tourist vehicle shall make an application for registration to the Government of West Bengal in Form VI, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every tourist held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
