Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a tourist vehicle who ceases to carry on the plying of a tourist vehicle shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of West Bengal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every antiquity held by him has been disposed of.
