Definitions.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Commission" means the Bihar Subordinate Services Selection Board; (b) "Government" means the Government of Bihar; (c) "said post" means the post of Additional Deputy Registrar Of Companies in the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Bihar; and (d) "Service" means the Bihar Civil Service.
