Periodical return.—Every operator of a hospital carrying on the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies shall furnish to the Relief Commissioner, within sixty days of the close of each year, a return in Form G of every stock received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for seven days from the date on which it is furnished.
