Surrender of certificate.—Every developer who ceases to carry on the development of a Special Economic Zone shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Export Promotion Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form FC-4 of the manner in which every letter of permission held by him has been disposed of.
